ABOUT ME

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a strong interest in art and design—perhaps because I’ve always been surrounded by creativity in various forms!

My first real step into this field, though small, happened during my teenage years when I began doing freelance graphic design work for friends. This gradually evolved into a role involving social media and graphic design for a private music school in Oslo. My passion for design continued to grow, eventually leading me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Design and Art Education at OsloMet University. I completed the program in 2019, all while continuing to take on small freelance projects on the side.

My curiosity and drive only increased. I wanted to deepen my knowledge of graphic design and marketing. After exploring various educational opportunities, I had a “eureka” moment when I discovered a course that felt like the perfect fit: Game Art and Animation, with a focus on 3D art, at Fagskolen Kristiania. I started the program in 2021 and completed it in 2023.

This journey has been a significant learning experience, both creatively and personally. I funded my education myself, which was possible thanks to my work experience across multiple industries since 2015—including events, restaurants, and retail. Through these roles, I’ve developed a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work well in teams, and the resilience to handle stressful or challenging situations. I truly value effective communication and believe it’s the foundation of any successful workplace.

Beyond work and academics, I’ve always enjoyed staying creatively active through arts and crafts, as well as dance and music lessons. Recently, I’ve become fascinated by new ways of creating and consuming media—particularly making TikTok and Instagram Reel videos to showcase places, businesses, and experiences I come across. I love how cinematography, aesthetics, music, and graphic design come together to express a story; it truly fuels my creative spirit.

The combination of all these experiences—and the inspiring people I’ve met along the way—continues to motivate me to grow both creatively and personally. I believe that enjoying life is just as important as working hard, and I’m still learning how to strike the right balance between the two.

In summary, by combining my creative skills and passion with the valuable work experience I’ve gained over the years, I’m eager to join a team where I can contribute meaningfully, grow alongside others, and continue learning in order to give back.
